Here’s an assignment from On Common Ground (the trade publication for the National Association of REALTORS), that was published this summer. As soon as this was accepted I moved out of my ghetto apartment, dematerialized of unnecessary things and moved into my renovated, vintage camper in the Colorado Rockies at a little over 9,000′ on the edge of a national forest.  Even though I switched to one of the two cell phone service carriers with towers up there, I only had 3G at my property. No internet, no phone calls – only text messages. It was an interesting experience. Somehow, I survived.
